A straightforward look at how this website works.

Who to contact

VIVIDE UG operates this website. For questions about personal information, contact info@vivide.org. Provider details are available in the imprint.

Browsing the website

This website is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, the hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver and protect the site. Vercel describes its processing in its privacy policy.

Your project brief

The enquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your details to a form service or store your brief on our server. When you choose “Open email draft,” the details are passed to your email application. You decide whether to send the message. A message you send to VIVIDE is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the project.

Local preferences

If you change the colour theme, this website saves your choice in your browser’s local storage under “vivide-theme.” You can remove it through your browser’s site data settings. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

External links and your choices

External websites and your email provider have their own privacy practices. You can use the site without completing an enquiry. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning information you have emailed to us, contact info@vivide.org.
